    PPNCNY provides high-quality, affordable family planning, reproductive and sexual health care for nearly 12,000 women and men in the North Country each year. We have 7 health centers throughout Clinton, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties. All health care services are confidential, with fees based on income. Medicaid and most insurances welcome. Insurance programs available that provide free care for a full year. Education and case management programs also available.
