    Pivot Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a workplace-based program designed to assist employees in resolving personal and work-related problems that may affect their job performance, health, and overall well-being.

    Key Features of Pivot EAP:
    Confidential Counseling: Short-term, solution-focused support for issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship concerns, and grief.

    Work-Life Support: Guidance and resources for challenges like financial concerns, legal issues, child or elder care, and work-life balance.

    Critical Incident Response: Support following workplace crises (e.g., accidents, violence, or employee death).

    Referrals: Connection to community resources or long-term professional services when needed.

    Consultation for Managers: Support and guidance for supervisors on handling employee concerns, performance issues, and team dynamics.
