Job Description
  • Serves as a working leader of three or more employees in accomplishing barista work. The highest level of non-supervisory work led is Barista (Coffee Shop Attendant), NA-7401-04.
  • Leads the team in the operation of a small full-service coffee shop. Assures that safety and cleaning guidelines are followed. Demonstrates proper work methods and trains team on the proper use of all food and drink preparation equipment.
  • Prepares and serves a full range of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
  • Keeps records of quantities of beverages and other goods dispensed and submits requirement for re-stocking to supervisor and conducts monthly inventory.
